Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original packaging into the shipping box and securely seal it to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
